FIRST: Fred. Olsen, S.A., with Tax ID (CIF) A38010567 and registered office at Polígono Industrial Añaza s/n, Edif. Fred. Olsen, 38111 - Santa Cruz de Tenerife (Spain), duly registered in the Mercantile Register of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, page TF-2949, volume 799, folio 169, acts in the sale of the additional services as a Tourism Intermediary, under the provisions of Decree 89/2010 of 22 July, with identification code I-0003217.2.
SECOND: In order to purchase activities at the destination (hereinafter referred to as 'additional services') it is essential to have previously purchased a Fred. Olsen Express maritime transport ticket to the island where the additional services are to be provided. Only one additional service of each type may be purchased per passenger. The purchase of an additional service restricts the modification and cancellation options of the maritime transport ticket to which the additional service is associated, in such a way that the one-way ticket cannot be modified or cancelled if the additional service has not been cancelled first.
THIRD: The additional services cannot be changed in any way, but can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the date and time the additional service is to be used, by contacting the call centre, at a terminal, or through a travel agency, if applicable, and the amount of the additional service shall be refunded through the same payment method used. The cancellation of the additional service within the period specified above removes the restrictions on the modification, exchange and refund (if the fare allows it) of the ticket associated with the existence of the additional service, as indicated in the previous point.
FOURTH: In the event the additional service voucher is lost, the passenger must request a copy of the voucher through the same channel through which the additional service voucher was purchased (terminal, call centre, website or travel agency).

In compliance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection regulations, Fred. Olsen, S.A. informs you that the data supplied, including the personal data that you provide us with, as well as any data that you may provide as a result of the contractual relationship that is maintained, shall be collected in the CUSTOMERS processing activity for which Fred. Olsen, S.A. is the data controller, for the purposes inherent to the service it provides or requested by you, as well as for potential communications by e-mail or by any other means we deem most appropriate. The requester acknowledges that the information and personal data provided are accurate and truthful. For this reason, please inform us immediately of any changes to your personal data so that the information contained in our files is always up to date and free of errors.
LEGITIMATION | Consent of the interested party and/or fulfilment of the service(s) and/or contract(s). RECIPIENTS | No data shall be transferred to third parties, except legal obligation.
