TELEMATIC VERIFICATION
In accordance with the requirement for proof of resident status and the application of the corresponding bonus, all ticket issues must be made through the automated system of the Ministry of Fomento known as SARA, which will result in the following results:
VERIFIED: It will not be necessary to present the valid Residence Certificate issued by the City Council for the purposes of Royal Decree 1316/2001
NOT VERIFIED: It will be necessary to present the valid Residence Certificate issued by the City Council for the purposes of Royal Decree 1316/2001
The SARA accreditation system allows you to verify or consult online, at the time of ticket purchase, the data of a citizen who has initiated a procedure with FRED. OLSEN, S.A.

In the event that the acquisition of the ticket is made in favour of other persons, you must have their authorization to provide their personal data and give consent on their behalf for the processing and transfer of the same for the purpose indicated.
It is recalled that if you do not wish to request confirmation of data via telematic access, or if the result of the consultation does not allow you to confirm compliance with the requirements, the interested party wishing to make a discounted trip will be required to prove their status as beneficiary by presenting the required documents in accordance with current regulations.
